RAW File Processing - Correcting and Converting to Jpegs

Shooting RAW? Bring your RAW images in and we will color correct and convert them to jpegs. All images are individually color and density corrected in Adobe Camera RAW. We will return to you prints (optional) and a DVD with all the corrected jpegs and XMP files.

Our default color correction begins with adding a slight vignette to all images, a touch of vibrance and clarity, and then we individually correct temperature, tint, exposure, recovery, fill light, blacks, brightness and contrast. We occasionally also correct hue, saturation and luminance.

Correct and Proof - $10 Setup Fee plus .44 per image

Correct and proof includes color and density correction, converting to jpeg, a 4x6 print (with or with out borders) and all corrected jpegs and XMP files on a DVD.

Correct Only - $10 Setup Fee plus .25 per image

Correct only includes color and density correction, converting to jpegs and all corrected jpegs and XMP files on a DVD.

Camera Sensor Dust - $45 hour

When correcting files, we occasionally see cameras that have dust on their sensor that is obvious in the image. If we only see this on a few images, we will correct it along with everything else no problem. For orders with more than a few dust problems, we will charge and hourly rate to fix it. Generally we can fix a couple hundred in an hour.

Submitting Orders

RAW files are huge - which means sending them to us online can be quite time consuming so we don't really recommend it. Ideally we want you to submit your order on a portable hard drive which you leave with us. You can also submit a DVD though we will charge you extra if more than one disk is required. Please do not span 10 CD's just to submit one job to us as it takes too long for us to download the files.

For small orders you can send them to us online using our FTP2Lab FTP service, though keep in mind it can take a couple minutes for each file to upload.
